Don't know why it's complaining about the INSTALL file, the real problem
is the Makefile.dui
and it's friend Makefile.DUI. You won't be able to check it all out
since those files differ only
in case and we're on a case insensitive file system.
Feel like complaining about the error message? I do... I guess that's
for the svn mailling list though.
