[TSVN] Please add hotkeys for the context menu entries.

Hi all, I'm not subscribed so CC's would be apreciated,

 I'd really like to have hotkeys for the context-menu entries. I.e.
"&TortoiseSVN" etc.

 I've tried to add a couple my self by editing the binary 'TortoiseSVN.dll'
(@~0x5fC04) but this was useless - they show up underlined but they can't
be activated using the keyboard.

 [I did see the "Can I define my own keyboard shortcuts to specific commands?"
in the FAQ but this is slightly different...]
