Mostly, no, and to be honest I have read so many different licenses over
the last couple of weeks I have become confused myself. The clause I was
thinking about was like this one in the BDB license:

2. Redistributions in binary form must reproduce the above copyright
notice, this list of conditions and the following disclaimer in the
documentation and/or other materials provided with the distribution.

Subversion does include the BDB license in its Windows installer,
although it omits the APR license which has similar terms.

Not in this case. There is a specific clause in OpenSSL very similar to
the SVN license. We have to say:
"This product includes software developed by the OpenSSL Project for use
in the OpenSSL Toolkit (http://www.openssl.org/)"

But these are not showstoppers and I think they should wait for 1.3
rather than being rushed into 1.2.2
