Well what do you expect? If you do an update and nothing has changed,
the update progress dialog shows no changes. Why are you then requesting
a log?

The show log dialog was changed a long while back so that it always
shows at least 1 revision, and that's what you are seeing.

I suppose we could disable the Show Log button in the update progress
dialog if nothing has changed.
