[TSVN] Update - show log

When you do an update, and then 'Show log' on the update dialog, it always shows
the last revision (even when nothing has been updated).

I can see the value in this (I guess it's done so u know what the last change
was?), but to me it suggests that last rev is being reapplied each time.

How about colouring it differently? Then you know which revs have been applied,
and which havent.
