Trying a 'commit' on an up-to-date WC seems to cause this problem 70% of the
time, which is the best I've got! I can't work out of it occurs more frequently
on some WC's than others... anecdotally, bigger WC's seem more prone..

The exception dlg pops up after the 'No files where changed' dlg is closed.

It doesn't seem to affect anything. Can't you just trap it and ignore it? The
old "Roll over and pretent it never happened" strategy ;)
