[TSVN] log entry without changes

Hello there,

is it possible to set a log entry without do any changes?

I want to write down status of project in this log-messages. After testing
there should be an entry like "tested and no problems". But I don't want
to put a space in one file to get a new revision to write a log message.

So please give me some hints/helps, if it is possible and how.
