Has anonymous access been disabled? I just tried to relocate and received
the message:

"PROPFIND request failed on '/svn/tortoisesvn/trunk'
PROPFIND of '/svn/tortoisesvn/trunk': authorization failed
(http://tortoisesvn.tigris.org)"

I just tried through the repo browser and it asked for a username/password
("<http://tortoisesvn.tigris.org:80> CollabNet SCM Repository requests a
username and a password") and then, when I leave it blank, gives the same
message when I try to expand the trunk directory in the repo.

(Incidentally, holding the mouse over the error message in the repo
browser gives a nice tardis effect as the tooltip flashes in and out)

Sorry if I'm missing something obvious.
