[TSVN] Moved lines detection in TortoiseMerge

Hi everybody.

Recently in our shop we mirgated some projects from ClearCase to Subversion.
One thing the developers miss is the option to detect and show line
moves, in addition to adds and deletions.
Is such a change feasible?
Where should I start if I decide to implement it? Would it be accepted
by the project?
