Do you mean how it's shown in TortoiseMerge? If yes, then sure it's
possible to do something about that.

If you like to improve TortoiseMerge (the program which shows
file-by-file diffs), then you should look at
https://svn.collab.net/repos/tortoisesvn/trunk/src/TortoiseMerge
Especially the DiffData class.

And of course would such improvements be accepted into the project.
