[TSVN] Intellisense bug

Guys,

Found a small, semi annoying bug.

1. Bring up the commit window with a few changed files
2. Tick 'show unversioned files'
3. Rich click an unversioned file > Add

The added file is not added to the log message intellisense.

It's not major, but in many cases I will add files this way and it's a
little annoying not having that wonderful intellisense.
