Hmm, I guess it is because of the spell checker and the thesaurus?

Is there an option to disable the spell checker (except removing the
Languages folder)? For us the spell checker does not make much sense
because our log messages are a mixture of German and English text,
function/module names and abbreviations that the spell checker does not
know anyway. It makes as much sense as spell-checking a C++ file.

I've seen in the manual that you can set the project language with the
tsvn:projectlanguage property. I suggest to turn the spell checker off
when no such property exists.

BTW, the current help file says the spell checker files need to be in
the TortoiseSVN\dic folder, the installer puts them in
TortoiseSVN\Languages. I guess the manual is behind the code?
