Playing around to use this protocol handler to open the repo-browser
for http urls, I tried to execute the URL
<svn:http://myserver/myrepos>
and TSVN gives me an assertation failure. See attached screen shot.
I know this URL is rubbish but TSVN might give a more friendly error
message than that.
