[TSVN] Notes on RC3

Hi,

1. In Commit window, Context Menu - Get Lock - a new window is shown
(Get lock...) but focus is not in the text box.

2. In Show log window, in bottom panel, why are some "Modified" files
in black and another ones in gray? It seems random. I cannot find the
reason in the help file. NOTE: I've just understand why, but I think
an entry in the help file is needed.

3. In show log window, in middle panel, there is no right-click menu.
I know it is read-only, but copy option would be good for mouse-only
people.

About allocating space for Spanish translation, I've compiled my own
dll because I've changed some strings -- already sent to patches@, and
these are (some of) the windows that need fixes. I've uploaded some
files at http://ferfer.org/tsvn/ to make it clear - or so I hope.
