[TSVN] TortoiseSVN 1.2RC3

* exporting a versioned folder now with the --ingore-externals option
* log dialog filter menu aligned bottom left of the filter icon
* better handling of separators in the log dialog context menu
* changing URL in the repobrowser resets the rev to HEAD if the new
   URL is from a different repository
* fix: crash in log dialog
