[TSVN] Can't install TSVN when update to Windows Installer 3.1

Hi, I have a problem about installing TortoiseSVN after I update windows
The problem is the patch 898715 ( http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=898715
) An update for Windows Installer 3.1

When installing, in browse path dialog, after click at Next button.
the windows is freeze for about 30 second and the dialog is closed.

I don't know this problem because Microsoft's update or tortoise, so I
already submit bug report to microsoft.

right now, I uninstall that update, and Tortoise work perfectly again.

Environment:
Windows Server 2003 SP1 ( this work with TSVN perfectly before install the
update )
