- did you reboot after upgrading?
- check the registry entry HKCU\Software\TortoiseSVN\SimpleContext -
it has to be 1 for this to work.
- it only works if you right-click on a *folder*, not on a *file*.

Enabling/disabling the cache? Can you please tell me where you can do that?
