If something is really wrong with the servers, neither you or I would be
able to do anything. Restoring the CMS are a maximum of three steps:

If the Web Content is lost:
1) unzip the CMS ditribution (400K) into our htdocs directory
2) copy the backup of the config file into the config directory

If the db content is lost:
1) mysql load databasecontent.sql
