I found the reason why Explorer became unresponsive with it's context
menu. What was happening was every time I brought up the context menu
via a right click on a file or folder, explorer.exe was consuming large
volumes of memory that wasn't being released (up to 50 mb at a time).
Then when properties was clicked and you cycled through the property
tabs, more memory would be consumed.
I uninstalled tortoisesvn and the explorer problems went away. I
thought at first it was because I had SP1 installed for Windows 2003,
but when I took a look at the dll's loaded by explorer.exe I saw
PGPhk.dll (PGP Hook library for the shell I believe). I had recently
installed the new PGP 9.0 and this was when my problems started.
I had originally assumed it was because of using a bad nightly build.
PGP 9.0 and TortoiseSVN seem to work ok by themselves, but when together
explorer.exe consumes volumes of memory on every context menu shown.

ps: I'll do more testing on this tomorrow.
