[TSVN] Commit dialog and multiple selection...

Thank you for adding multiple selection to
the commit dialog.

Would it be possible to have the "Add To Ignore List"
option when multiple items are seleted?

Also, if I have multiple items selected, and I change
the check state of one of the items, could the rest
of the selected items be set to the same check state?

In other words, if I uncheck one of the selected items,
I would like to have the rest of the selected items all
unchecked as well. And if I check a selected item, all
the selected items should be checked.
