[TSVN] Explorer problem.

Using TSVN 1.2.0 nightly r3333
Windows 2003 SP1

I've been working away using TortoiseSVN doing checkouts, branches,
switches, and commits porting over projects against a new environment.

In the course of all the work, I went to change a subversion property
using the explorer's context menu on a working copy. But when I clicked
on properties, nothing happened. I did it several times and no window
showed up, but explorer did not freeze. Explorer was still responsive.

However, I tried to open up a new explorer window and that too failed.
Both from a shortcut and the command line, the explorer.exe command did
nothing. It did not complain nor did any window show up. And the
explorer windows closed just fine.

I ended up closing all windows and killing the final explorer.exe in the
task manager killing my start bar. Then I started up explorer again and
everything started working and the above problems disappeared.

I'm sorry this is so vauge, and there is no telling that TortoiseSVN
was responsivle, but I thought I'd include it in case other people
experienced the same thing.

I still have many more checkouts and commits to do today along with
another co-working. I'll mention it if the problem arises again.

PS: Thanks for an awesome product. A minor hicup like this is nothing
compared to SourceSafe.
