[TSVN] TSVN 1.1.7 not tagged

Hi Stefan,

TSVN 1.1.7 is not tagged yet, and the download page refers to the
changelog from 1.1.6. I know the source of the 2 releases is identical
apart from the rev numbers, but I am sure this is going to prompt a lot
of questions. It might be worth re-releasing the special needs version
just to avoid this.

Hopefully it will be the last ever 1.1.x release ...
