[TSVN] Combobox scrolling

Hi all

Is it possible to change the behaviour of the combobox in the checkout
dialog so it doesn't scroll when the user waves the mouse over the bottom
few pixels of it? It's quite hard to select the last entry because of this
behaviour (for me, at any rate). It also isn't consistent - there appears
to be no upward scrolling zone for the opposite direction.

I don't know if this is by design or something that Windows does "for free".
If it's the latter case, could it be because the combobox is not a whole
number of lines high?
