I assume the TSVN nightlies are being built off of 1.2 RC2 ... correct? If
so, then it seems like there is something odd here. If I use the svn RC2
command line and run svn lock, it all works fine for me. So I would
assume that TSVN would do the same.

My custom build that I normally use is more recent then RC2. It does not
work from the command line or from TSVN. So I was assuming that the fix
commited for the svn info URL:// problem was the culprit.

If TSVN is just built with RC2, then that throws a wrench into the works.
Since a TSVN user is having the same problem.
