RE: [TSVN]"next 100" in log dialog has bug.

I found other bug in "time" in log dialog(TortoiseSVN -r 3082).

1. in "Repository Browser" dialog
/trunk/first/app
/trunk/second/app2
/tags/...
/branches/...

2. I selected "Show log" in "/trunk/first/app".
 -> it has correct "From" and "To" time in "Log Message" Dialog.

3. I selected "Show log" in "/trunk/first" (in the repo-browser).
(/trunk, /trunk/first, /trunk/first/app)
 -> correct time.

4. If I select "Show log" in "/tags/...", "/branches/...", "/trunk/second/..."...
 -> invalid time..
 From : 2106-02-07
 To : 1970-01-01
