[TSVN] Windows Explorer hangs in all releases after 1.1.1

I've been using TortoiseSVN for sometime now and I like it. But on my
development machine at work (Windows 2000 Pro) all the new builds hang
Explorer. I've tried from 1.1.2 to the latest.

The hang is always on a right-click. Sometimes it's the first right-click
after booting, other times I can work for sometime before it hangs. But it
always hangs within a few hours.

We develop in Visual Studio, but I use the regular builds.

If there's a way to enable debug logging I'd be happy to try it. On XP
machines both at work and home I haven't had any problems.
