I need some more information about that.
What's the difference between /tags/, /branches/, /trunk/second/ and
e.g. /trunk/first/app? (apart from the wrong date shown of course). It
can't be just the different URL's causing the wrong date.

Are there any log messages shown if you do 'show log' on e.g. /tags/?
