I've tried the build a number of times and have run into countless problems.

No doubt problems of my own doing, but anyway.

Also, other current problems include:

- It's a company PC, we have a strict anti-piracy-on-company-pc policy.
I've got VS.NET <http://VS.NET>, but I can't install ActivePerl if I don't
have a license. Any chance of using an alternative, like for instance
Cygwin's Perl? (I'm not a big fan of Cygwin due to it's major lack of
stability, but anyway, it would get the job done).

I'd be happy to try building again, but you'd probably just end up wasting a
bunch of time walking me through how to do it.....
