After thinking about it again I came to the conclusion that we should leave
the server before the repository section, since it's a good idea to know
where to place your repositories *before* you create them. If you haven't
read the server section yet, your're not going to have a clue.

If one of us starts working on it, he should assign the task to himself, so
the others know it's being worked on.
