Hmm. Well possibly we should make it a slightly higher priority, then. It
starts from a low point anyway, because it's a non-UI thread.

As it's largely I/O bound until everything is cached, it doesn't make much
difference what priority it runs out.

I am, however, much more concerned about people saying 'TSVNCache
interferes with my app' than those who say 'my app interferes with TSVNCache'!
