RE: [TSVN] Some cache stats / impressions

I think this block happens later. The cache is already running and I have
been into other WCs before I enter the directory in question. I can often
view our Virus scanner and TSVNCache struggling for dominance when entering
a folder. :-) The background virus scanner eats a lot of time after a
reboot.

I didn't have the impression that restarting explorer after killing explorer
& cache was particularly slow, so I don't think it's necessary to start the
cache at boot time. I'm telling many of my little helpers to wait one or two
minutes after booting, because firing up all these tasks eats a lot of time.
Even my slow directory I mentioned above gets displayed a magnitude quicker
after killing explorer & cache than after a reboot, which makes me think
that this delay is caused by the windows disk cache loading for the first
time.

Ah, that explains why it's still growing after I've been through my WCs.

Never mind. I'm convinced that it's your ambition to smooth out all the
edges in the cache :-)
