When I wait for context menu TSVNCache proces reads many data from
disk, context menu appear when TSVNCache finish it.
When I switch External cache off, TotalCommander/Explorer make this
reads.
I've install Tortoise 1.1.2 back and delay problem is disappear.
Just because I saw this is problem with Tortoise's new verison.
