[TSVN] return to original window from a HOOK-alert

hi

we have a pre-commit script running that wont accept empty log messages and only
accept tagging (copying) in a format specfifed to our conventions

when a user try to create a tag (and thereby commiting) with an empty log he'll
get a warning in a dialog. user clicks ok and then the orginal tag window also
dissapears.

this behavior is slightly annyoing because he will then need to fill in the copy
path again (this path can be long and not completely intuitive for a new user)

so i might have a "feature-request"
a) would it be possible to return to the original window after a hook-script
alert

b) would it even be possible somehow to return an alert like :

"the copy you are creating is non standard, you should be using this exact URL
instead. click "OK" to use this URL or "cancel" to skip the copy
