[TSVN] Suggestions for the log window

Some suggestions for the log window:

* resize the columns of the log and the action list controls (top and
bottom window) only to the width they actually need, not to the full
width of the list controls. This saves you from the horizontal scroll
bars when you resize the complete log window.

* The three "main" controls in the log window should be individually
resizable, like a splitter window. Sometimes you want to look at the log
and want the log as big as possible, sometimes you look at the files of
a single change set, so you want the lower control as big as possible.
