[TSVN] Toolbar question

Hi Folks,

I painted a new Toolbar for TortoiseMerge. Now I have two questions:

1) is there a rule that enforces the toolbar icons to have only 15 pixel
height or can it be 16 pixel?
2) is there a rule that enforces 256 colours or can it be 64K?
