[TSVN] Settings dialog - Diff/Merge

Hi Stefan,

One thing I noticed when playing with the external diff/merge command
line:

Select 'External', enter a command line and Apply
Select 'Builtin' and Apply
The command line gets prefixed with a '#'. Is that intentional?
