I created the icons with 16 pixel height, but now they are cut off at the
bottom. The refresh icon is 'stolen' from firefox and is 16x16. Somehow
Firefox doesn't cut anything off, so there must be a way. The only
difference in behaviour I noticed is that the icon is 'lifted' up a pixed in
Tmerge when hovering over it to create a drop shadow. Most other apps just
leave the icon as it is and draw a frame around it.
I found several hints that the default toolbar icon is 16x15, but I also
found a link (yesterday, can't find it anymore :-|) which function you need
to call to define your custom toolbar (icon) height.

I always edit _outside_ vs.net ;-) The built-in editor is crap.
Maybe I have to modify the palette a bit so that everything looks nice in
256 colours.
