[TSVN] Possible bug in external diff option

Hi All,

I recently updated from tsvn 1.1.2 to 1.1.3 and have found that using
Beyond Compare v2.2.7 as the external diff program has stopped working
for me. When I right-clicked on a file and select the diff option from
the context menu, I expect tsvn to launch BC, which then enters file
compare mode as it did in v1.1.2. What happens is BC gets launched
but goes into directory compare mode (the default when it is launched
without command line arguments). Has the interface to external diff
programs changed in a way that would cause BC to enter the wrong mode
when launched? Using the internal diff view option works as expected.
I reverted back to 1.1.2 and external diff works as it did before.
