Maybe the dialog "Update to revision..." can be extended to "Update
special" with a checkbox for this?
In TortoiseCVS holding down Ctrl while clicking on Update shows up a
dialog in which you can choose the branch and date to update to. Could
this be possible for TSVN, too?
