[TSVN] Updating Chapter 3 Help File

I would like to try my hand at possibly clarifying the on-line help page
located here: http://tortoisesvn.tigris.org/docs/TortoiseSVN_en/ch03.html .

Is there a file in the repository that I should create a diff against (maybe
"\doc\source\en\tsvn_server\server_apache.xml" ?) or should I just diff the
source HTML at the above link?

When I am ready, who can I send my edits to for review?
