Haven't even thought of WiX yet ;)
Another problem is the whole tools folder, which right now we keep as
a zipped 10MB file in our download area.
If only Subversion would do checkouts without fetching the externals,
but fetch them only on explicit request - that would make it much
easier for people with 56k modems.
