How can I add the header inofrmation like revision, date and time of
committing the file, author info etc to my files.
I have tried with the following.

/* $URL: $
 * Copyright (C) XXXX. All Rights Reserved.
 */
#endregion

Could you please tell me the steps to get these header info like CVS?
