I only applied patches when we first switched to the svn-1.1.1 branch.
Since then I never applied any subsequently requested patches as we
decided we didn't want to ship an overly customised build of svn.

The svn codebase in my build hasn't changed since we switched to
svn-1.1.1 (i.e. quite a while now)
