I hit this when I first installed TSVN, too.

I think that not installing any shortcuts on the start menu is incredibly
hostile to the first-time user. I'm sure you experts don't think of this,
as you all know how to use TortoiseSVN already so you don't realise how
surprising this behaviour is.

Please could you add at least the help file to the start menu? (Bonus points
for adding the configuration dialog & the repos-browser to the start menu, too.)
