You really should update your TSVN! The link to the help file is there
for a long time already!
And today, I added a link named "TortoiseSVN" which will (when clicked
on) start
TortoiseProc.exe /command:rtfm
which will show a dialog box telling the user that TSVN is a shell
extension and therefore TSVN is integrated into the windows explorer.
And that (s)he should start the explorer and right-click on any
file/folder to bring up the context menu where (s)he can find all TSVN
commands.
After clicking "OK", a new instance of the explorer is started.

If we get any more such mails after the next release, _please_ don't
answer them anymore. If a user can't see what's the deal with TSVN after
such a dialog, then they surely won't figure out how a version control
system works and what it's used for.
