When installing TSVN, it automatically tries to deinstall any older
version. That's why it asks you for the old msi. Seems you have
installed TSVN before, but now the uninstall-information is somehow
lost or not available.
If you can't fix that, you need to remove any trace of the old TSVN
from the 'installed programs' list manually.
