I see it in the Add/Remove programs but doing a Remove also prompts for the old msi file. When I cancel it removes it from the list, but I open up the Control Panel again and it's still there.

If I find a way to forcibly remove TortoiseSVN from the Add/Remove programs list, will installing the new version then work? Alternatively, where can I download old msi files?

Please Cc me in any replies to the list on this thread.
