this context menu shows some menu entries for TSVN (update, commit,
checkout - depending on the context) and then another entry with a small
arrow to open the TSVN submenu (show log, repo browser, etc - depending on
the context). To the left of this small arrow, there should be a caption
"TortoiseSVN" and the tortoise icon. This caption and icon are missing.

Unfortunately it also does not have a caption.

I was about to edit the FAQ when I found this in A.1.10
"The main menu is known to disappear under Windows 98, ME,
NT and 2000. Everything works fine under XP."

How much is this still true?

NT4 still has the problem above, and 2000 has the problem only in the file
menu when the left pane is selected. Does anyone know if there are still
problems in 98/Me, and if they are any worse than I have listed here?
