[TSVN] Menu bug with NT4

TSVN 1.1.0 build 1769 seems to work well with NT4.

However, one or two minor bugs seems to be left on the user interface:

When I right-click on a file in the explorer to open the context menu, this context menu shows some menu entries for TSVN (update, commit, checkout - depending on the context) and then another entry with a small arrow to open the TSVN submenu (show log, repo browser, etc - depending on the context). To the left of this small arrow, there should be a caption "TortoiseSVN" and the tortoise icon. This caption and icon are missing.

According to the documentation, the context menu for unversioned files should have an entry that is called "add to ignore list". There is an empty entry that opens another submenu with file names to add to the ignore list. Unfortunately it also does not have a caption.

That's all for now. Thanks for the good work!
