No problem. I is not my intention to make you fix these bugs. But shouldn't they be reported to this list? At least this makes it possible to search the archive of the mailing list for them (I didn't find my bugs there). It might also be nice to collect a list of known bugs that are specific to NT4.

BTW: When I select a file to be ignored, TSVN obviously detects that the settings of the working copy have changed, because the icon of the folder the file is in changes to red. But the "exclude/ignore pattern" field in the settings dialog does not show the filename. This means that I cannot un-ignore the file, right? Am I missing something? Is this an NT4-specific bug or does it appear on other systems as well?
